The Cujas Institute, Federation for research on public law and political science at Panthéon-Assas University, promotes the development of centres under its wing. The Research Centre for Administrative Law (CRDA), the Constitutional and Political Study Centre (CECP), the Study and Research Centre for Administrative and Political Sciences (CERSA), the Institute for the Study of Doctrinal Disciplines and General History of Forms and Deliberation (DOGMA) are concerned. Institut pour l'étude et l'histoire des institutions libérales (Parlements-Représentations-Délibérations-Consentements) - Institute for the Study and History of Liberal Institutions (Parliaments-Representations-Deliberations-Consents) [centre incubated by the Cujas Institute].
The Cujas Institute also admits learned societies: The Society for the History of Law Faculties and Legal Culture, the World of Jurists and Law Books (SHFD), the French Association for Research on Administrative Law (AFDA).
An agency for human and material resources, occasional initiator of major collective projects, the Cujas Institute assists its members in their own missions, monitors, in keeping with their scientific project, the continuity of their operations, contributes to their visibility, supports them concerning tendering, partnership and evaluation procedures, and promotes the valorisation of their work.
The Cujas Institute, named after and following in the footsteps of the great humanist and jurist, Jacques Cujas, promotes the unity of legal and political disciplines, affirms their precious cultural value and pledges its total commitment to Society through its research and encounters. It places its researchers and advanced students at the centre of its project.
