Foundation missions

The values promoted by the Panthéon-Assas foundation are the very foundations of this new institution. To ensure that these values are fully implemented, the university is dedicated to six main missions:

  1. Developing research
  2. Supporting equal opportunities and promoting diversity
  3. Encouraging international mobility
  4. Strengthening exchange partnerships
  5. Promoting entrepreneurship
  6. Making Paris-Panthéon-Assas University a campus of the future

These missions are at the service of various projects that are being implemented through the Panthéon-Assas Foundation: to make the university a new place of exchange with companies involved in the major issues of the business world; to set up grants favouring international student mobility; and finally, to finance digital equipment and the energy transition of campuses.

Kindly indicate with reference to your payment, the name of the person to whom the tax receipt should be sent, your name and if applicable the SIREN number of your company.

Advantages for donors:

  • Individuals

You are entitled to an income tax relief of 66% of the amount of your donation up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income (if the amount exceeds this limit, the excess can be carried forward to the next 5 years). Thus, a donation of 100 € will cost you only 34 €, whereas the foundation will receive 100 €.

If you are subject to the IFI (impôt sur la fortune immobilière – French property wealth tax), your donation allows you to benefit from a tax relief of 75% of the amount paid (within the limit of 50 000 €).

  • Companies

You are entitled to company tax relief of 60% of the donation amount limited to 0.5% of your revenue, subject to any changes in legislation.

If the calculated tax advantage exceeds this amount, the excess cannot be refunded or carried forward. However, the percentage of the donation that was not used to reduce the IFI tax is eligible for reducing income tax.

For example, if your IFI tax liability in 2021 amounts to €3,750 and you donate €5,000, you will no longer have to pay IFI tax (5 000 € x 75 % = 3 750 €).

Created in 2021, the Panthéon-Assas Foundation is based on five values from which it draws its strength: equal opportunities, excellence, openness, innovation and responsibility

Paris-Panthéon-Assas University educates around 23,000 students, who thanks to their skills participate actively in building the world of tomorrow. Our mission is to offer them high-level training, to be at the forefront of major developments in our socio-economic and legal environment. But it also means cultivating men and women who are open to the world, capable of undertaking, innovating, and above all acting responsibly towards others and to society at large. The Panthéon-Assas Foundation is fully committed to these ambitions, at the service of an open and innovative academic project." Stéphane BRACONNIER, President of Paris-Panthéon-Assas University
